In Auto-Bank Recs, keep "No Match" in Unreconciled section

When matching up charges in an Auto Bank Rec, some of the times the charges are sitting on the Reconciled side but state "No Match". So we have to move those over to the Unreconciled side to be able to match them. If they don't have a match, why would they even be on the reconciled side?
