Allow to specify which clients you get alerted for when Approver/Allocator Sends Notification

While approving the invoice: When approver/allocator sends notification to make any changes the system should automatically pick up at least Client ID and Client name for Email Subject. Currently we do write subject manually so the receiver can easily identify what client this notification is related to which is TIME CONSUIMING. Ideally, Client ID, Client Name and Vendor Name should be included in the email subject.
