Document doesnt' match the latest version does not explain what the issue is

Can we have a more descriptive error message for the review credit card menu when the invoice ID has already been used? Currently the error message the document doesn't match the latest version, please refresh the inbox to see latest does not let users know how to resolve the issue. Could it mention the Invoice ID is already in use?
