Internal AgilLink User for Trainer/Risclarity

We should find a way to create a internal type user that can be activated when a client needs to be onboarding onto AgilLink. That way we are not affecting their own internal user count until we are done training and deactivate the user. I am currently expierencing this issue with KBLR who cannot actiavte their 14th and 15th user becuase our trainer and Riclarity both have an active user on their profile. It also becomes very messy to give them user counts beyond their contract amount becuase if we forget to clean them up they get users for free.
