Add "All Electronic Payments" to Release Workflow Options

It would be great to have "All Electronic Payment Methods" as an option in the dropdown for Release Workflow - or the ability to use Ctrl & highlight multiple options. If we don't want/need to do a release for a physical check or after-the-fact transaction, it would be so much more efficient to only have to set up one workflow for all electronic payments instead of each type by itself.
