DEFAULT BANK ACCT

When entering Deposits ADMIN or USER should be able to default bank account as is done when setting up Bank Defs. - 99% of deposits go into Main Operating Account.  To have to choose bank account with ea. deposit is a waste of time.  Legacy allows us to default a bank account and then change it if necessary
