Notify us about clearing locks and put "Clear Locks" in an obvious and easy to find location

Please add an option in Alerts for us to see when we have locked a document, so we know to clear it.  Please also put the "Clear Locks" button in an obvious location.  Currently its buried in our User ID, Change Profile, Admin, Actions, Clear Locks, Submit.   thank you!

There should be a better way to handle the lock system. With Legacy, since Imaging was separate, multiple people could look at the same thing without issue. The lock should only appear if someone is trying to change things.
