1099 transaction report printing to fit letter size

The reports currently are set to fit for legal size paper printing.   This is unnecessary because the only reason it needs to be on legal size is because there is a lot of wasted space on the side.  It's also inconvenient for us to remember to always pick the legal size paper to print or else the reports are cut off.
